Full Moon Ceremony: Sacred Release – A 90-Minute Energy Reset 

As the full moon shines brightly in the sky, it invites us to release, renew, and realign. Join me for a sacred 90-minute ceremony designed to help you clear stagnant energy, balance your chakras, and ground your spirit — making space for new intentions and vibrant energy to flow freely.

Through ritual, sound healing, sacred geometry, and heart-centered movement, we will journey together to release what no longer serves you and reset your energy for clarity, peace, and alignment.

What to Bring:

• Plenty of water to stay hydrated
  
  

• A mat, yoga mat, blanket, or pillows for comfort (we will be laying on the ground)
  
  

• Sandals or slip-on shoes (we’ll be grounding our feet outside barefoot)
  
  

• A journal and pen for reflections and insights
  
  

• An open heart and intention to release and renew
